The Solte Coal Co. General Electric 0-8-0, number 1 is a fictional diesel shunter, built by General Electric in 1911. It can shunt some freight cars, etc.
 
Note: Solte Coal Co. 1 is equipped with an air whistle, which has never yet sounded. But it can be used as an exhaust as well.
